How much does it cost to rent your photobooth or rent your studio?

Pricing for each event is custom depending on number of people, time, and add-ons. Our general pricing starts at $1,000.

What is included in a standard photobooth rental package

Our FotoLab photobooths include setup and breakdown of the booth, a photo booth attendant, your choice of backdrop, unlimited high definition photos, custom photo templates, custom tap to start screen, custom live gallery, digital copies of all photos, and printing when added on.

Can I customize the photo templates to match my event theme or branding?

Yes! Our graphic design team will reach out 30 days before your event to start the design process. We'll send you a questionnaire to help us understand your event's vibe and aesthetic. Once we have a good understanding, we'll create multiple samples for you to review. You'll have unlimited edits until we create the perfect template for your event.

Do I need to provide any equipment or props for the photo booth?

Our photo booth rental includes everything you need to create a fun and memorable experience for your guests. We provide the photo booth, camera, props, backdrop, lighting, and attendant.

All you need to provide is a 10x10 space for setup and a 3-prong 120-volt outlet.

For the studio rental, can I host something other than a corporate event, wedding, or birthday party?

Of course! Outside of corporate events, weddings and birthday parties, we have hosted a variety of PR events, intimate concerts, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, family reunions, and graduation parties. Our photobooth and studio is perfect for any joyful occasion.

For the studio rental, can we bring food, drinks, and / or alcohol?

Yes. We have a communal table, kitchenette, and small fridge for you to store your food and drinks. Please make sure to bring extra plates, utensils, cups, and napkins for you and your guests

What else can I bring?

Past guests have brought decorations such as balloons, flowers, and plants as well as props for taking photos. Please let us know ahead of time what you are planning to bring!

Is there a time requirement or time limit?

Each event is customizable but most are 2-3 hours long.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Plus Icon

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event. If you cancel 30 days or more in advance, you will receive a 50% refund of the total rental price. Any cancellations within 30 days of your event will forfeit all deposits.
