How much does it cost to rent your studio?

Pricing for each event is customized depending on the number of people, duration, and add-ons. Packages generally start at $1,000.

What is included in a studio rental package
Plus Icon

A studio rental includes full use of both the color backdrop and white backdrop room, access to all common areas, surround sound speakers, unlimited photo taking, access to all digital files, and catering on-site. Physical prints can be purchased as an add-on. There will also be a FotoLab staff member on site to help throughout the event.  

Can I host something other than a corporate event, wedding, or birthday party?

Of course! Outside of corporate events, weddings and birthday parties, we have hosted a variety of PR events, intimate concerts, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, family reunions, and graduation parties. Our studio is perfect for any joyful occasion.

For the studio rental, can we bring food, drinks, and / or alcohol?

Yes. We have a communal table, kitchenette, and small fridge for you to store your food and drinks. Please make sure to bring extra plates, utensils, cups, and napkins for you and your guests

What else can I bring?

Past guests have brought decorations such as balloons, flowers, and plants as well as props for taking photos. Please let us know ahead of time what you are planning to bring!

Is there a time requirement or time limit?

Each event is customizable but most are 2-3 hours long.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Plus Icon

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event. If you cancel 30 days or more in advance, you will receive a 50% refund of the total rental price. Any cancellations within 30 days of your event will forfeit all deposits.
